Bawo & Dotter (Elite Works) Vintage Hand Painted Rose Plate. A beautiful scalloped edge plate. It is white with rose flowers on the perimeter. It also has gold trim around the edge as well complimenting the flowers. It is marked on the reverse side Elite France. Bawo and Dotters were importers of porcelain from France. Plate measures 8 5/8" diameter.
