Vintage Hand Painted Embossed Round Fruit Platter, Made in Italy, Majolica

Beautiful embossed fruit platter, stamped "made in Italy". This 11 1/2" round platter features an embossed fruit design around the rim with strawberries in the center. The entire piece is pulled together with vibrant green and brown accents. It is in great vintage condition with just one area of minor damage on the back of the platter where perhaps someone had a plate hanger attached (this is shown in the photos).

This is the perfect piece to complement any farmhouse or country kitchen and would make a lovely serving piece.
