Antique Ohio Regional Pottery Pitcher with Rooster (or Eagle) Spout

Unique black pottery pitcher featuring a quilted design with a rooster (or eagle) on the spout. This pitcher is unmarked, however the distinct bottom ring would point to it being yellow ware which would typically mean an Ohio regional pottery. The pitcher is in great condition for the age of the piece. It does not have any cracks or chips, just the crazing normally found on these pieces. It measures 8" tall X 4 1/2" in diameter X 7" from spout to handle.
