April Into May at WOFdog Farms Trading Company

It has been an odd time here at WOFdog Farms lately. It seems sales have been in spurts, none for four days then five sales in a day. We think that the current gas situation and tax time here in the US has added to some worries. There's always some joy to be found though and that's what we look for. We have been adding new items daily and hope to start shipping furniture items soon. We also are consolidating our antiques booths into only one store now so if you are in the area please stop and see us...

What's in a name?

Posted by Amy Murray on

We often get questions about the name of our business.  Is it WOOFdog?  What does W.O.F. stand for?  Do we have a farm?  Let's answer those questions and introduce ourselves a bit! W.O.F. stands for Wastes Of Fur...as in our dogs are basically lazy, spoiled, pets.  They are not working dogs.  They are not guard dogs.  They just shed fur and give us love.  The current crowd are the second generation and they are holding up the tradition quite nicely!  Without further ado - meet Sir Benjamin Woffington III and Lady Matilda Mae - the faces of WOFdog Farms.   Do...

It certainly has been busy to say the least, but a good kind of busy.  As we close the books on 2021 and look into the future we have some changes on the horizon. When we made the decision to turn this little side gig into a full time thing for #thatfurnitureguy earlier this year - we jumped into the deep end and opened THREE brick and mortar booths.  Those booths, along with our Etsy shop and custom orders, ended...

Holidays are Upon Us Which Means Busy Times

Yes, the holidays are approaching quickly. With that means crowded stores and rushing around. We would like to suggest spending some time with us and other small business owners. We offer a wide selection of glassware and vintage porcelain items. We also have a lot more items coming into the shop very soon as I pick up some auction winnings early next week. Included in this auction are some very nice pieces of Fenton and other art glass as well as a few pieces of carnival glass and numerous creamers and bells. Check back often as they will be added...
